• Urban Environment: Dense infrastructure and heavy mobile congestion from tens of thousands of attendees.

• Multi-Carrier Internet Aggregation: Leveraged enterprise-grade bonding routers to combine bandwidth from multiple fiber carriers, ensuring failover and load balancing.

• Distributed Wi-Fi Access Points: Installed secure, high-density Wi-Fi zones for press, production teams, and VIPs.

• Robust IP Based Video and Audio Distribution: Utilizing Dante, SDI, and Teradek streaming solutions to distribute video locally & to and from the site.

• Security Protocols: Implemented VLAN segmentation and encryption to keep media feeds secure from public traffic.

• Set up a local video streaming solution, allowing production staff to monitor LED screen content from any location within the extensive Wi-Fi coverage area.
