Greater Los Angeles and Southern California Tech Scout, Location Scout, Site Survey, Location Management Services:

Are you planning an event, production, activation, premier, or release party at an unfamiliar location? Will your event involve a large number of social media users, influencers, content uploads, or video streaming? Do you anticipate any unique power requirements?

Studio Technical Services offers comprehensive technology focused location scouting services for venues, warehouses, offices, retail spaces, and stages throughout Southern California. Scheduling a location tech scout as early as possible allows your team to address potential challenges and find solutions tailored to the specific needs of your event or production. By identifying issues early on, you can reduce costs and ensure a more successful outcome for your clients. We have extensive technical details on numerous venues allowing more informed decision making of location options.

For a flat fee starting at $295, our skilled engineers will join your scheduled location / tech scout or coordinate one with the venue. We’ll provide a detailed report on the location's power, internet, and Wi-Fi capabilities. If the site doesn't meet your technical requirements, we’ll explore and evaluate possible options, offering recommendations to ensure your event's success.

Additionally, tech scout fees can be applied toward the internet, Wi-Fi, or technical producer services we provide if you choose to hire us for your event.  For more information fill out our Request Estimate Form or give us a call.
